Red Bull Global Rallycross Partners With FanVision For 2017 Season

Red Bull Global Rallycross announced today that FanVision will be the series’ official communications partner for the 2017 season. The multi-faceted relationship will enhance the on-site fan experience and race broadcasts, as well as develop the first-ever dedicated Red Bull GRC app.

“FanVision is the undisputed leader in the world of motorsport communication, bringing everything fans want to see and hear to the palm of their hand,” says Red Bull GRC CEO Colin Dyne. “Our partnership with FanVision will allow fans, both on-site and watching at home on NBC, to experience Red Bull GRC events like never before.”

FanVision will be on-site at all 2017 Red Bull GRC events with their newly developed Legend units available for rental, giving fans access to driver and team audio communication and in-car video feeds. FanVision will also supply in-car communication to the series’ production team through its Racing Electronics division.

The Red Bull GRC-branded app will be developed by FanVision-owned Crossfield Digital, and will provide fans worldwide access to live race updates, timing and scoring, results, statistics, and multimedia elements, further expanding the series’ digital footprint.

“We can't wait to get to work enhancing the fan experience for Red Bull Global Rallycross,” says FanVision CEO Andrew Daines. “This incredible series has unbelievable energy and momentum, and it deserves the very best in two-way communications and fan engagement technology. That is exactly what we will give them as part of this exciting new partnership.”

Further updates on the 2017 Red Bull Global Rallycross season and NBC television broadcast schedule will be delivered in the coming weeks. Visit the series’ official website at RedBullGRC.com or follow the series on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram at @RedBullGRC.
